Take a quick look at the formatting of the e-mails that appear on a mobile device. Most phones now display images, complex page formats, or other textual features within e-mail. But note the limitations too. Images can clutter a message on a small screen, so place them after your text. And you might not want to put links you include too close together because they can be hard to select.
