If you got 4 or fewer answers correct, you probably have a limited understanding of topical ordering within initial encounters. You likely find initial encounters difficult to make sense of and manage. Improve your skills by initiating conversations with new acquaintances and by following the pattern of topics suggested in Figure 7.2.
