I’ll Be Your Nurse Today Stephen Patten has been a nurse for over three decades. He has worked in the trenches, treating gunshot and stab wounds in trauma centers, and he has held important leadership positions, serving as director of a hospital tissue bank and president of the National Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists (2012–2013).
