- TEAM EXERCISE Form groups according to major. Using the FedBizOpps website, find and study an RFP for a project related to your academic field. What can you learn about the needs of the organization that issued the RFP? How effectively does it describe what the issuing organization expects to see in the proposal? Is it relatively general or specific? What sorts of evaluation techniques does it call for? In your response, include a list of questions that you would ask the issuing organization if you were considering responding to the RFP. Present your results in a memo to your instructor.
