CSE does not have specific models for an e-book available on an e-reader. The advice here is based on CSE guidelines for print books and electronic sources.
Provide publication information as for a print book: author(s), title, edition, place of publication, publisher, and date.
After the book title, add the label "e-book."
At the end of the entry, indicate the devices on which the book can be accessed.
Make the first line of the entry flush with the left margin. Indent any additional lines in the entry one-quarter inch.
