In CSE style, a list of all the works cited in the paper appears at the end of the paper.
In the citation-sequence system, the works are listed and numbered in the order in which they appear in the paper.
In the citation-name system, the list is alphabetized by authors’ last names. Then the entries are numbered in the order in which they appear in the list.
In the name-year system, the entries are alphabetized by authors’ last names. They are not numbered.
