- Begin with the artist’s name.
- Italicize the title of a work of art or a photograph.
- Add the type of artwork in brackets after the title.
- End with the location of the artwork or the URL for the home page of the Web site on which you found the artwork.
Note on breaking URLs and DOIs
- If you must break a URL or a DOI at the end of a line, break it after a double slash or before any other mark of punctuation.
- Do not add a hyphen.
- Do not put a period at the end of the entry.
