Misuses of the comma 1

Example:

My grandfather won’t be satisfied, until he has dessert.

My grandfather won’t be satisfied until he has dessert.

The concluding adverb clause until he has dessert is essential to the meaning of the sentence, so it should not be set off with a comma.
