1. The Problem
Helen’s professor assigns her to work with Jacob, her ex-boyfriend’s best friend. When Helen and her ex were dating, Jacob was friendly and supportive. But the breakup was ugly, and Jacob hasn’t talked to Helen since. As Helen meets with Jacob to brainstorm ideas, there’s obvious tension.
