Cite as you would an article in a publication, giving the writer’s name and the title of the letter, if it has one.
Continue with publication information for the journal, magazine, or newspaper where the letter appears.
Add the label “Letter” at the end of the entry (and before any database information).
When a URL must be divided at the end of a line, break it before a period or a hyphen or after any other mark of punctuation. Do not insert a hyphen at the end of the line.
