Bibliography
LeFever, Gregory. Ancient Tides (blog). http://ancient-tides.blogspot.com/.
Explain
In the note, treat the blog post as a short work from a website, but italicize the name of the blog and give the date of posting.
Insert the label “blog” in parentheses after the name if the word blog is not part of the name.
If the blog is part of a larger site (such as a newspaper’s or an organization’s site), add the title of the site after the blog title.
Do not list the blog entry in the bibliography; but if you cite the blog frequently in your paper, you may give a bibliography entry for the entire blog, as in the example.
Note on breaking URLs and DOIs
If you must break a URL or a DOI at the end of a line, break it after a colon or a double slash or before any other mark of punctuation.
